CONTRACT POLICY

All projects are performed under contract, signed by both the customer and the contractor (R.J. BUILDERS), to protect both parties involved.  All contracts are written up in full detail and depth with project descriptions prior to start date of each project. 

 

Any ADDED labor and/or materials DURING the project will be considered  a "Change Order" and will be added to the total cost of contract price.  A description of ADDED labor and/or materials cost will be agreed upon by both customer and contractor before any Change Order is made.
